In his short story "Funes the Memorious," Jorge Luis Borges describes a fictional version of S, a man with an infallible memory who is crippled by an inability to forget. He can't distinguish between the trivial and the important. Borges's character Funes can't prioritize, can't generalize. He is "virtually incapable of general, platonic ideas." Like S, his memory was too good. Perhaps, as Borges concludes in his story, it is forgetting, not remembering, that is the essence of what makes us human. To make sense of the world, we must filter it. "To think," Borges writes, "is to forget."

If thinking about the word "coffee" makes you think about the color black and also about breakfast and the taste of bitterness, that's a function of a cascade of electrical impulses rocketing around a real physical pathway inside your brain, which links a set of neurons that encode the concept of coffee with others containing the concepts of blackness, breakfast, and bitterness. That much scientists know. But how exactly a collection of cells could "contain" a memory remains among the deepest conundrums of neuroscience.

If memory is our means of preserving that which we consider most valuable, it is also painfully linked to our own transience. When we die, our memories die with us. In a sense, the elaborate system of externalized memory we've created is a way of fending off mortality. It allows ideas to be efficiently passed across time and space, and for one idea to build on another to a degree not possible when a thought has to be passed from brain to brain in order to be sustained.

The externalization of memory not only changed how people think; it also lead to a profound shift in the very notion of what it means to be intelligent. Internal memory became devalued. Erudition evolved from possessing information internally knowing how and where to find it in the labyrinthine world of external memory. It's a telling statement that pretty much the only place where you'll find people still training their memories is at the World Memory Championship and the dozen national memory contests held around the globe. What was once a cornerstone of Western culture is now at best a curiosity. But as our culture has transformed from one that was fundamentally based on internal memories to one that is fundamentally based on memories stored outside the brain, what are the implications for ourselves and for our society? What we've gained is indisputable. But what have we traded away? What does it mean that we've lost our memory?

For a while now I’ve been trying to keep all my pain and emotions hidden; trying to avoid further hurt to the people I love. From time to time, I filled my hours with draining activities trying to tire myself physically and mentally in order to keep my sanity, guarding myself from being consumed with my own thoughts and feelings. But the sad thing is that no matter how hard one tries, he can never seem to escape from his true feelings. I even came to a point whereby I hurt myself during one of my training. But the pain from these flesh wounds are nothing compared to the pain I have to bear for having to part with the people who are so dear to my heart (whether they know it or not). My best friend once told me “pain is unavoidable, but suffering is optional” So I guess I shouldn’t cry because it’s over but smile because it happened. This separation has made me realize that we have to treasure everything we have. Living in the shade of sorrow does not help, only when you cheer yourself up, follow your heart, and go by your will, will you be able to stand up again.

After such a long time of eating cheapo food and in insufficient portions, finally I got to eat my fill! Sweets brought me to this place at Hougang for buffet ^^

You get to choose 2 different kinds of soup base per table

Being born into a family of high achievers, even when my parents said that they are not expecting perfect from me, I will always feel that everyone (myself included) expects nothing less than perfect. Otherwise I'm just another loser... The rest of you may not be aware of this, but as foreigners we have to pay a huge sum of money in order to study here. Also, it adds to the stress of having to excel, I'm always reminding myself of how much money I'm wasting if I screw up. Looking back, I've spent about 7-8 years studying here, up until now, I have not achieved anything significant at all (I'm didn't score very well for PSLE, I didn't score very well for O's, and now I don't think I am going to score very well for A's); over the years, I didn't win any academic competition, wasn't the best in any respective fields be it academic, cca or athletics even my relationships seems so messed up, I must be a jerk. Looking forward, even after completing A's, I don't think I have any other qualifying documents to help me in one, University admission, two, into the working world. At least, poly students have diplomas. Moreover, I haven't made up my mind on what course to pursue in University, in fact, I haven't have the next few years of my life quite figured out. I always envy and wanna be those people that have most of their life quite figured out, at least they know what they want in their life, and even if some of it doesn't go according to plan, it's okay because that's life.

Sorry for such a long post, okays anyways I better get back to studying...

It all began with evolution. Living beings' way of surviving. Homo Sapiens, the self-acclaimed supreme over the rest of the existing species today, has indeed came a long way since they discovered fire. Over millions of years, at the cost of unity, lover for one another and some sanity, we have furiously advance like no other known species were able to.

With the addition of our greedy nature, hate and war became more rampant; strories behind the conquest of the crusades, Korean War, 911, arms race, global financial crisis, just to name a few, would highlight our foolishness. Looking at the future, many experts believe that we would soon be having a race for existing scarce resources.

However, I personally believe that resources are more than abundant, it is just being presented to us in various forms. Therefore, I believe that innovation holds the key to our survival and future development; in the near future, discovery of new sources of clean energy, coupled with the knowledge to extract and efficiently converting it into useful energies would become vital to ensure the Earth's and our continuity.

I would propose and urge that we put our differences aside, within differing levels of individuals, communities, governments and international bodies, to do all we can to reduce wastage of resources and pollution, and continually pave the way to a better tomorrow though knowledge and innovation (with conscience and ethics in check).

I recently went to celebrate lantern festival by, of course, playing with lantern! haha

We bought like 4 boxes of candles which is like...24 candles per box, which means we have 96 candles for that night! and So I thought it was enough, but apparently, our fascination and bewilderment for fire has never faded since the ancient times.

Went to Howe's grandma's place to leave a mess at their pool side xp

There were so many pretty lights dancing...!

The lighting was pretty bad without the flash, but with flash...my camera just doesn't seem to be able to capture the right exposure... T..T should I take that offer from dad and get the DLSR or something?

Yesterday, I went out with the SC clique for dinner, movie and supposed to go drinking; Tell your what, 'Wall Street' is one of the best movie that I've watched which I only understand half of what they're talking about (which is rare), although, I still get the general story line. I'll say give it 4/5 stars for the good cast, simple yet satisfying story plot, awesome use of (business) language mixed with hints of how the economy works (trust me it'll scare you). I find everything really intriguing because I had plans to venture into corporate America, which from what the movie paints, it could pose a really big problem...nvm about me and my thoughts. Just wanna say I'm so sorry I couldn't meet up with everyone this weekend, even though I said I would, because I finally got a job xp but that'll be a story for another blue moon yea?

You know you actually was there when I was going through a lot of rough times and got me going during secondary school so I wanna thank you for all the fond memories and for taking care of me, you were like a big(or tall) brother that I've never had. I know I'm not there to celebrate your birthday but we'll go out and celebrate as soon as we've got the time yea! It's gonna be legen...wait for it...DARY! It's gonna be LEGENDARY...!

You know, loads happened throughout the years, sure we went our separate ways and met many more people and made many more friends but I just want you to know that you remain very dear in my heart and you are my BFF! ^^

I often ponder to myself, why must my brain function in such a way that it prefers to do things simultaneously, higher tendency of holistic approach. At times it makes me feel as if I'm caught in between myriads of planes of alternate realities arising from differing decision paths. Precisely because of this function there are periods where I got so lost and unsure of myself, even to the point of regret. Possibly because of the intensity and complexity of operating and handling such function, it resulted in me being easily exhausted. But in the end I managed to struggle back to reach reality and simply learn from the various dimensions and alternates (and I'm thankful because I give credit to this for getting me through similar situations and newly evolved ones). Of course there are another large part of my brain that tackle situations in mostly systematic and pragmatic approach. It helps to provide good counter-weight, stabilizing the volatile insides.

Anyways I really can't wait for year end!

The long awaited post on Seventeen Beach Party is finally here!woots!

When you're equipped with the sun, the sand and the sea... it's time to bring a couple of friends and let loose! Seventeen (magazine) organized a beach party for about 20 contestants to participate. In this party these contestants are supposed to parade around in beach wears, play some games and in the end a winning couple will win a couple of prizes and be on the seventeen summer cover! Excited much?

Well it all seems very intriguing but that's is not all... from the behind-the -scene interview done by strait times (newspaper in Singapore) they found out some 'gossiplicious' stories that I'm going to share with all of you!

Well first question is about what makes these girls hot! most said their smile, others said hair, face and perfectly tanned skin. So the next question is 'what is your worst physical aspect?': some said their teeth that's why they have braces on, some said their tummy (well most girls are paranoid about their tummy isn't it?). So to maintain a good tummy one contestant shared, is to eat mostly fruits and vegetables (well she said only salad, but I would like to rephrase), eat less carb (consume less of rice, bread, potatoes, noodles), exercise a lot too!(well she does surfing so it's alright)

Another 'news' that totally shock me is when they are asked about the worst pickup lines from guys...! Here is a few examples:

> "Do you have a map?Because I think I'm lost in your eyes..." =..=ll

> "Is your dad a farmer?Because you've got huge melons..." (o..O)~wtf!

Okay guys...not cool...not cool...I know it's not easy to pick up a beautiful girl that you have a liking for, but try not to be obnoxious, blunt or simply disgusting. Don't try too hard, try to be yourself or at least be polite and confident...

Okays here's another question: "What is your idea of a perfect boy?"
Well, everyone said different things such as 'tall, boyish look, hot, wear ear ring, nice smile, wear specs, mature, and the best echoed is "BAD BOYS ARE SUCH A TURN ON!"(really?)
there you go guys...

Okays enough of the girls, let's now move on to the guys side of the interview... same questions asked "what makes you hot?": everyone gave different answers but what pissed me off was that most of the guys are behaving like bunch of jerks even in front of the camera, I mean come on, you people are spoiling the image of the rest of the guys...geez... anyways here are some of the answers: erm my tummy hair? my (he said cute I think) face? the rest is like nonsensical answers like 'erm the weather', 'i think the sun makes me hot' and some just couldn't think on their feet and come up with lousy comeback...

Next question, 'what is your worst physical aspect?': this time the guys all have one answer that resonates across all the guys, they are all sensitive about their "height/size" (well one of the contestant said 'small size' and i'm assuming it's body size and not something else cause let's not even go there...).

Okays...let's not be too fixated on the funny picture...moving on, "What is your idea of the perfect girl?" okays one answer is like wow! cause he did an outline of a hourglass shaped body and big bust for the lady...! the rest agreed on a common credo which is that the girl must be of smaller size and not taller than them...one said that the girl must have good personality and I couldn't agree more with him cause finally! guy with more sense...(couldn't find a good word to fit)

Okay gonna rant: I am very displeased with the service given by the front desk staff of Innova...I was just checking up to what month did I pay my school fees and she couldn't figure it out, told me that she just take over the position and irritably reply " shouldn't you have record of this?" yes i do! but shouldn't you too!? I lost track isn't that why I was confirming with you in the first place? shouldn't payment records be 2 ways? Still no idea?well there is no surprise, even he agrees with that, in fact, he was the one that said it when he came to give a talk this afternoon in my college.

What exactly did he said? He mentioned about the prevalent availability of other forms of new media that is slowly eroding the viewership of older forms of the media, case in point, the plummeting viewership of the Television (news in particular) nowadays. This is especially true in Singapore, where the society is often labelled as "kiasu". People here work harder than any other in her neighbours because living life is here is very competitve. Anyways coming back to my original point of why Singaporeans are watching less of TV, it is simply because they are too busy to come back (home) to sit down to watch a scheduled program at a specific time.

For instance, people no longer catch the 7pm news, most people may still be outside - say - working, on the way home, still in school? In addition, why watch the news on TV anyways?Nowadays you can access whatever recent happenings simply by the click of your mouse; it is time saving, more specific to provide informations tailored to your need and fuss free.

Anyways I got the privilege of asking him a few questions and yes it was a very 'edutaining' (educational and entertaining) experience for me. I personally feel that he's a pretty darn nice guy...not fake, funny, knowledgeable and can think on his feet (well of course). Of course I do not aspire to be a news reporter or a journalist, but I just love the feeling of being able to interact with different people from multifarious walks of life. I feel that it enriches one's life and gave us alternatives to our somewhat narrow point of view and of course gave us a small peek to the feeling of being in that person's shoes. Or a more likely explanation is just that it's the Socialite in me acting up xp

With the kind of topsy turvy weather that Singapore is experiencing recently, it is of little surprise that a large number of the people are wearing a bit too little at times; as a result they often give others the impression of them dressing too skimpy or sloppy (wearing slippers/extra short shorts/berms everywhere).

Paired with globalization, where uncritical youths practically go euphoric imitating (part of) fashion wears from other countries that they consume from the mass media (Magazine, Internet, Television, Newspapers, etc...).

The whole thought always tickles me as I imagine the situation to be part of the solution to global warming where we'll produce less materials as we wear less; and also, I often imagine the kind of clothing that will be in fashion in Singapore in like say 5 years from now... I probably guess swim-wears (since weather some time hot other times, flood) Alright Happy birthday Singapore!

For the past century, countries all over the world have been actively seeking ways to develop its own countries economy for simple reasons such as ‘the peoples’ interest’. The rapid development involves the massive extraction, heavy and frequent usage of non-renewable and environmentally harmful inputs. Various evidences such as, increasing human life expectancy; the climbing proportion of the world's adults who can read and write; and global food production increases faster than the population grows, shows that these developments are successful and it is important for countries to place importance in its economic interests. But the same processes that have produced these gains have given rise to trends that the planet and its people cannot long bear. These prove to be failures of traditional ways of 'development' and failures in the management of our human environment, which made us realise that environmental interests should also not be completely neglected for the sole purpose of pursuing countries’ development.

There has been a growing realization in national governments and multilateral institutions that it is impossible to separate economic development issues from environment issues; many forms of development erode the environmental resources upon which they must be based, and environmental degradation can undermine economic development. They also came to see it not in its restricted context of economic growth in developing countries. We came to see that a new development path was required, one that sustained human progress not just in a few pieces for a few years, but for the entire planet into the distant future. Thus 'sustainable development' becomes a goal not just for the 'developing' nations, but for industrial ones as well.

Governments in developing countries often subsidize the use of coal, electricity, pesticides, fertilizers, irrigation, and other inputs that are environmentally harmful. Governments have also subsidized (through free land and cheap credit) land clearing and farming on public forest lands. These policies are not only bad for the environment but are also socially costly because they distort incentives to engage in certain activities (e.g., farming) versus others, and because they distort incentives to use environmentally harmful inputs into production. Reforming these policies could build positive links between the economy and the environment by improving both economic performance and environmental quality. However, attempting to reform these policies can run into strong opposition from politically influential interest groups who benefit from government subsidies. Attempts at reform can also be undercut by corrupt politicians and bureaucrats.

A good example of how government policy can distort incentives for environmentally and economically sound resource use is the government of India's policies toward irrigation and fertilizer use in agriculture. With respect to fertilizer, the Indian government's fertilizer subsidy program was first introduced after the 1973 oil shock with the objective of encouraging the use of fertilizer in order to capture the maximum gains from the then recently-introduced green revolution seed varieties. Simultaneously, the other objectives of the program were to keep fertilizer imports down and achieve and to maintain a high degree of self-sufficiency in fertilizer production. Abolishing fertilizer subsidies remains controversial. Fears have been expressed that the abolition of price controls on fertilizer will lead to sharply higher prices and reduced fertilizer usage, thereby decreasing yields of food crops. Economic studies of Indian agriculture do not suggest cause for alarm. These studies suggest that while yields would fall if fertilizer subsidies were abolished, they would not fall by much. By reducing fertilizer usage, abolishing fertilizer subsidies would also reduce pressures on the Indian environment and funds previously used on these subsidies could be used to achieve other governmental goals such as alleviate poverty.

Over the past few decades, life-threatening environmental concerns have surfaced in the developing world. Deforestation in Latin America and Asia is causing more floods, and more destructive floods, in downhill, downstream nations. Acid precipitation and nuclear fallout have spread across the borders of Europe. Similar phenomena are emerging on a global scale, such as global warming and loss of ozone. International economic relationships pose a particular problem for environmental management in many developing countries. Agriculture, forestry, energy production, and mining generate at least half the gross national product of many developing countries and account for even larger shares of livelihoods and employment. Exports of natural resources remain a large factor in their economies, especially for the least developed. Most of these countries face enormous economic pressures, both international and domestic, to overexploit their environmental resource base.

The crisis in Africa best and most tragically illustrates the ways in which economics and ecology can interact destructively and trip into disaster. Triggered by drought, its real causes lie deeper. They are to be found in part in national policies that gave too little attention, too late, to the needs of smallholder agriculture and to the threats posed by rapidly rising populations. Their roots extend also to a global economic system that takes more out of a poor continent than it puts in. Debts that they cannot pay force African nations relying on commodity sales to overuse their fragile soils, thus turning good land to desert. Trade barriers in the wealthy nations - and in many developing nations - make it hard for African nations to sell their goods for reasonable returns, putting yet more pressure on ecological systems. Aid from donor nations has not only been inadequate in scale, but too often has reflected the priorities of the nations giving the aid, rather than the needs of the recipients.

Impoverishing the local resource base can impoverish wider areas: deforestation by highland farmers causes flooding on lowland farms; factory pollution robs local fishermen of their catch. Such grim local cycles now operate nationally and regionally. The example of the differing stands of New York and U.S. chamber about the clearing part of the Adirondack forest in Northern America to make way for railroad construction would illustrate this point. The timber and railroad industries stood to make large profits from the destruction of the forest. However, New York chamber took a broad and long view of its members’ economic interests and shun the proposal the chamber focused not on these lost short-term profits but on the potentially devastating long-term economic impacts of Adirondack deforestation for all of its members. Declining stream flows meant that agriculture will suffer, and the great internal waterways of the continent will be rendered useless for commercial interchanges.

While on the other hand, the U.S. chamber appears not to recognize the economic threat posed by climate change. Instead, the chamber’s leadership continues to trot out exaggerated and one-sided claims about how the regulation of greenhouse gases would eliminate jobs and “strangle the economy.” While some companies in the fossil fuel and power sectors will face reductions in profits under a cap-and-trade scheme, the long-term consequences of unchecked climate change will be harmful and expensive for everyone. In fact, as many forward-looking companies recognize, cap-and-trade legislation will be good for business. Among other things, it will provide incentives for U.S. businesses to invest in the next generation of clean energy technologies. This impetus is long overdue, as the country falls behind China and Europe in this area. In an unprecedented show of dissent, corporations such as Apple, Exelon, Johnson & Johnson, Nike, and Pacific Gas and Electric have either renounced their membership in the chamber or expressed dismay at the chamber’s position.

In conclusion, there is no simple relationship between pursuing of economic development and the environment. The impact of economic development on the environment can vary from one country to another, vary over time within a country, and vary depending on the economic sector and environmental issue in question. Wealth may allow societies to deal with pollution in a more efficient manner or transform pollution into a less harmful form, but the idea that all nations can become wealthy by consuming the world's resources yet be pollution-free is antithetical to the laws of thermodynamics. Sustainable global development requires that those who are more affluent adopt life-styles within the planet's ecological means - in their use of energy, for example. Further, rapidly growing populations can increase the pressure on resources and slow any rise in living standards; thus sustainable development can only be pursued if population size and growth are in harmony with the changing productive potential of the ecosystem. Yet in the end, sustainable development is not a fixed state of harmony, but rather a process of change in which the exploitation of resources, the direction of investments, the orientation of technological development, and institutional change are made consistent with future as well as present needs. We do not pretend that the process is easy or straightforward. Painful choices have to be made. Thus, in the final analysis, sustainable development must rest on political will.

Everyone have, at some point in time in their lives, leave a familiar place and venture into a new one. We're all familiar with the turmoil of emotion when the time to leave approaches. Many of times we are placed in the position of staying and the other to leave, and we know very well on how that feels.

However there are other times when we are placed in the position of leaving and the others to stay. Many are alien to this sort of feeling, let alone feeling it over and over again. Similar unstoppable chaos emerge, dread of needing to brave a new environment surmounts us, fear of uncertainty blanketing over our comfort, turning blue at the thought of the people that you're gonna leave behind; creating some sort of race in your mind, with all your memories speeding by, be it fond, be it anguish, be it long and repeated, be it brief and never coming back.

Everything reminds me of a story I heard: There was a child and everyday his father would sit by his bed every night before he went to sleep and he'd say to him "Son, if you don't wake up tomorrow, if it turns out that today is your last day on earth, would you be proud of what you've done in this live? Hello people hows things? I’m in Indonesia currently, and for today’s special let me tell you about a trip to Jakarta in general and i’ll even throw in a few tips ^^ (Really, read the tips, you won’t find these in any other travel guide and all in addition it may be applicable when you’re travelling to other countries too ^^)

Alright, first up the airport here. Well there’s been a few upgrading here and there, so the conditions have improved since a few years back. The toilets here is great too, so for my ladies friends, no worries about sitting on the toilet at the airport ^^

Tip 1: when at the airport, do not anyhow talk to strangers and all. When approached by strangers and you’ve got no idea what they’re talking about, then just walk away.

Tip 2: do not act goodie and carry or take care of people’s things when asked to. Inside could be drugs or whatnots, and you really do not want to be on the wrong side of the law just by being kind (or stupid)

Tip 3: if you don’t have a relative to pick you up, or private transportation, i suggest you book a cab to ferry you to your destination (Hotel/Where ever you’re staying at) for Indonesia, i suggest the cab brand of ‘Blue bird’, this taxi company is more trustworthy than the other companies

Tip 4: when taking a cab, not just from the airport, anywhere else too, request the driver to on the meter in the car. If not sometimes you’ll be charged a higher price than usual. Also, if you look like a tourist to them they’ll usually took the long cut for you (not every time but there’s a possibility)

Next, we go to the accommodations, depending on the area and the type of house you’re staying at, the cleanliness and security of the place and surroundings varies. If you’ve got no relatives here I recommend that you book a hotel of at least 3-4 stars and have it in the city area. It’ll be nearer to the shopping centres around the city and you’ll have less worries about dirty surroundings, although pollutions are part of your scenery here ;p and the best part is that, you’ll experience the pollution in 4D ;p you’ll be able to see, hear, breathe, and sometimes if you’re (un)lucky you’ll even be able to taste pollution >.<

Tip 5: when at home/hotel/where ever you stay, always secure your belongings, like luggage and bags.

Alrights, what’s next? Food? Or shopping? I’ll go with food first ;p

If you’re eating at the roadside or small eateries near the road, for those who have sensitive stomachs, I’ll advice you to wipe the cutleries with tissue before using them.

Tip 6: When eating at any place here, for those who can’t live without chilly, i’ll advice you to try a little bit of the chilly first before adding more to suit your preference. Cause the chilly here come in various shape, size and serving method, and don’t be deceived, they may look harmless, but it’ll burn if you’re not careful ^^

Okays okays, shopping! *Bunch of girls screaming at the back ;p

Hmmm...the shopping here is good, if you’re talking about shopping at the shopping malls, some threads, wears and slip ons, may not be from famous brands like your usual New York style or Hong Kong fashions but I think the styles and price are equally competitive.

Tip 7: Always check for any defects when shopping, if you can afford the time, check other shops for the same design, as there’s time where the same item may be priced cheaper at other shops (Apply more for things that’s not apparels xp)

Tip 8: always check your belongings again when going into the fitting room.

Tip 9: If shopping outside of malls, i think it’s needless to say, always bargain XD

Getting around, well you can try different modes of transports that’s totally up to you, but be careful of cheats, and if you thing the driver is bringing you to a corner or dark spots, ask him to pull over immediately and get on another transport(though don’t be paranoid, cause the lighting here is not very advanced)

Tip 10: For those who’ll get tanned easily (like me) apply sun block lotion before embarking on a journey and always bring extra tissue (weather here can be dam hot!)

Tip 11: Okays this one’s for real and i experience it here. I was walking from my trip to the shopping centre rights, then, as i was crossing the overhead bridge, there’s this guy that was acting somewhat suspicious, he was following my mum and i from the back (he wasn’t like wanna cross or something just like shadowing us) for your info, that guy is a pickpocket! So yea always be careful of your personal belongings! (Even when in public transport)

Tip 12: If, If you’re so unlucky to happen to be put in a situation of a stick up (Means situation like when you’re at a knife point and the person asks for your valuables), I would say, just give what the person wants, remember what the person was wearing, height, size, nationality, face and other special features, then after he left and everything call a police and report.

Other than that i think you’ll have a pleasant trip ^^ well i think i’ve said enough so yupps enjoy the stay and have a safe trip^^ ciaoz!

Went down to pasir ris to find Viz. played wii, nick was there too

went out of the house late haha guess why?;p

then went down to orchard to meet up with Sx and shop haha...

viz and I didn't get anything but was tempted to haha...Sx traded us for the bags of stuff that she bought haha jkjk (Inside joke ar...) she's on the phone for like 95% of the time sia...nvr change sia...

Went down to tampines to meet shir, coz she was working haha

Was at Cafe Cartel for supper

Sexy asked wad happened to my blog, so yea here i am again...

Had a weekend out with the guys,and it's really a weekend out... haha went to meet them, was late again as usual ;p played pool with nick, siva, sexy and kamhim, got into an arguement whether to watch 'Michael Jackson: This is it' or "Jennifer's body" lolz

watched Jennifer's body, not say a great show, poor story line was complimented with hot cast ^^ went over to kamhim's house to borrow clothes,he gave me his rockmoc shirt,haha love this kinda shirt ;p dunno why... then went over to sexy's for stayover, wii-ed,com-ed,tv-ed,-bath-ed,talk-ed,dai di-ed,wonder how my life be if I hadn't met them somehow...

Morning, watched trailers with kamhim, wonders wad movie to catch in the afternoon...again,ate prata (Sexy's mom bought them, super hospitable family) so long since i last ate prata haha... went over to kamhim's house again coz he needed to change, went through some old stuff, real nostalgic...haiz

was late to meet sexy, coz of kamhim ;p went over to city hall, was being guys in the train ;p (Shh...) reached marina, kai kai, looked for sexy's soccer things...met up with kamhim's friends, booked movie ticket (Love Happens) best~! Arcade-d, pool-ed...again

after movie, kamhim's friends couldn't stay for dinner, decided where to eat (JustAcia) went to walk around Muji so that we'll finnish their ice cream at dinner ;p

there's like a freaking fly in the soya sauce bottle! gosh~! asked for another bottle, joked about it for the whole of dinner :D made the stanley(inside joke) like super sad xp

battery was dying all the time,need a new phone...yq got fever!gosh~!haiz

Thought it'll be all fun after promos, but i was dead wrong...Not all bore though but yea wasn't all fun like i wished it to be...

Watched 500 days of summer with Jaw, WP, Sab, XQ and YQ

Went to the zoo with YQ

Did research on houses for dad

Did OP slides and script for PW

Searched for motivation to revise for MT exam...Nada

Played games on the bbq pit tables

Helped to search names for baby brother,

ended up...all not suitable and dad and mum decided to choose one themselves

Watched Marley and Me with YQ

Went to town to get XQ's surprised present ;p she was surprised alright...

Did shooting for video in our PW slides

Went L4D with Jaw, WP and YQ

Searching for inspiration to do editing of the videos...Nada

School's out time to chillax and catch up!

First date:

Went to Airport to meet Lemon, Shirloh, Sexy and octopus, had breeks for dinner gosh we're starving ttm. Good food, bad jokes, good jokes, racist jokes haha, but good company that's the most important part ^____^

Next we went to visit TSX at her workplace, that's why we chose to come Airport to eat anyways...haha guess wad?Mel was there as a sub crew and there's Yans and their boss. Best part is that they weren't working, we reached there and they were playing with the go cart themselves ;p

She was like shocked, exited and all haha then she invited us to join the race too ^___^ gosh i love go cart hehe...

Fri was fun...watched time travellers wife.Dam good story...it feels like as if I'm drawn into the movie, having such relation with the plot. Haha next time gotta bring tissues XP

Got to a lan and went to play L4D with Infinitus, nalikap and hahas. It was awesome! Infinitus and was always charging in front and ended up getting smoked or huntered or boomed :p then nalikap was always also charging in front, then will somehow disappear to search the nearby surroundings, hahas is new so somehow was lost at times but played well ^^ she stayed behind to wait for me when the 2 idiots was running way front ^^ hahas (not that hahas)

me?I just follow behind and always be the last to make sure no stupid things was tailing at us ^^v [Eh I not bad hor!] At the final stage, Hahas was caught up with zombies outside the military truck so I was in the truck trying to kill the excess, then infinitus somehow being himself jumped out and went around to help too. nalikap being him (lol) stayed in the truck... =..=ll 3 tanks came gosh didn't manage to save Hahas and infinitus was out of my sight that he too died... gosh so sorry XP

Went downtown to play pool with the guys, thought I should at least meet sexy and play before his promos since I'm gonna miss his Bdae :( Didn't catch up much but pool was dam fun, not sure why(Ok la I think I know why ;p) I was like on expert mode sia, god of pool must've possessed me ;p I'm so lost when I was teaching how to play pool [Ikr] ;p

Turn of events just lifted me so high that I see the stars and heavens. For the first time in a while I felt so lost...how was I to stop when it felt that good??Should I just surrender and give in or persevere and maintain?Gosh...It's just killing me T.T

Gotta really mugged for promos, it's like approaching at light speed and I'm not ready to beat it when it comes.

Dad's in town and with him, I'm somehow thrown back into my reality check. Thousand and Seven things is in my mind. Amazing how one didn't turn out crazy.

Lappie is kinda sick....it's always sleeping and refuse to wake up, what's wrong with you my dear? So now that it woke up, I decided to update this almost dead space...

Been waking up in Owl City to study and god knows what...

I've no idea if it was a cold morning or it's just the air conditioning, I was shaking and trembling the whole day. Had chem test recently on Ionic Equilibria. Amazingly, when the teacher said start and I flip the pages open, my pen just flew along the pages easily, it's like as if I know all the answers perfectly, could've gotten full marks for it i guess. Then when I got to the next page, my pen just suddenly froze and my mind switched to "off" mode...

Was I pushing myself too much?

Gonna blog and dedicate this post to all my Secondary school friends.

Met with Dp, Ft, Kc, Kh, Mt, Sx, Vm on 31st Aug.

Lunch was still alright, like the meeting of long lost friends.

But the feeling was all weird after a while, it's like time has taken all our nonsense that we used to share for so long.

Face will remain unchanged, but whatever happened to us?

The moments seems to be so lonely.

The wind seems to be whispering a cold divide.

The roads we used to roam now seems a little emptier.

The corridors now no longer echoes our crazy laughters.

The person we sat with during meals are like known strangers we share table with.
